A letter written by journalist Jack Thorne, to doctor Ray Guerrero. The contents of the letter detail the reappearance of their mutual friend, Tom Flinders, who relates a story which may be evidence of a cryptid linked to the Microcosm. This cryptid, which we have labeled C004 is believed to be responsible for the disappearances or outright deaths of dozens, if not hundreds of people inhabiting the Old Town, and Slums districts of U— City.
Agent assigned: D
Audio transcript of John Mosby, a hermit/survivalist living in the forest beyond Old Town known to the locals as: “Mosby’s Wood.” His first-hand account of the bizarre events which transpired around his property is one of the first pieces of evidence we have of cryptid C004.
Agent assigned: D
Interview of Jace Flinders, survivor of the District K— (slums) abductions. Reputed to have witnessed and interacted with cryptid C004 in the area within Mosby's Wood known to locals as: the Carrock. Possible sighting of a Microcosm event at the cave complex within.
A biohazard risk, Jace Flinders has been placed under 24 hour surveillance for symptoms of M - exposure, or the emergence of other anomalies.

Journal of Mark Howlett, O— district resident, whose account relates the cataclysmic event which led to O— J— and M— districts being abandoned. Said event is believed to have been caused by a supernatural force, well known to survivors as: The Revolving Wheel.
Some conjecture amongst M.I.F. personnel about the nature of this case, whether it be the result of a true cryptid, or simply a phenomenon born of the Microcosm. Agent D— seems to think the latter, and until further evidence can be collaborated we must accede to this judgement and label the case “UP002”, under the “unexplained phenomenon” file.
With all witnesses being either deceased, or M.I.A., and almost all video, audio, or written evidence of the phenomenon having been been destroyed by U— City authorities, this first-hand account is of vital importance in the documentation of this still unexplained tragedy.

Evidence of the massacre of the Liscolm family, who were found in their apartment brutally eviscerated, in one of the most horrible acts of violence U— City has ever witnessed.
Written off by U— City officials as a simple burglary and homicide, (despite the fact that no valuables were seized), it is due to this evidence that we at the M.I.F. now regard this tragedy the work of cryptid C003. Believed to have been spawned during the strange “Revolving Wheel” phenomenon, this cryptid is responsible for dozens of violent crimes throughout the district.

Unexplained phenomenon UP003, otherwise known as “The Moar Island Light”, was first documented by lighthouse technician Arthur Flannon, who is currently missing and presumed dead, along with helicopter pilot Thomas Stevenson.
The strange event on said island is perhaps the most fascinating case we have yet to document. It must be said that this event is also dreadful in its implication, as the various inconsistencies in the timeline of events implies the Microcosm may very well be warping space and time as we know it. There are currently several M.I.F. personnel collaborating with experts attempting to explain this truly bizarre case.
Results are still being collated.

The S.S. Sargossa, a cargo ship making for Toronto after taking on a shipment of salt and grain, went missing with the whole 24-man crew, only to reappear 3 days later in T— Bay. There were two survivors: deckhand James Harlow, and Moar Island Lighthouse survivor, Alissa Ducat.
James relates that the ship and its crew may have been the first to encounter UP003, and also makes some startling claims to the origins of said unexplainable phenomenon.
James Harlow is currently committed to Susuki Medical Clinic, inside the infamous “Ward 13”, the high security ward for those deemed a danger to themselves and others. He has been under constant watch from U— City authorities, specifically the notorious F.S. police unit. The fact that this interview even took place is a credit to agent D—’s perseverance and ingenuity.
The other survivor, Alissa Ducat, is currently missing and presumed in hiding somewhere in U— City. We have agents attempting to contact her, with no luck as of this report.
